The next shoe is dropping really fast!
Today's Globes has another article written
by Hadass Geyfman entitled ``Toss out some
numbers, give out gratuities, inflate sales''
on BRCM's acquisition of VisionTech at:

globes.col.il (english edition)

It turns out that in addition to giving out
stock options to potential customers, Visiontech
was also encouraged to give options to phantom
employees who have not and never will set foot
at Visiontech.

Here is how the scam works: VisionTech allocates
some of its options exercisable for pennies (since
VisionTech is not public) to some BRCM employees.
BRCM acquires VisionTech, the options become
worth lots of money overnight. I think Lerach and
friends will have fun with this fraud case.

Looks like the teens are approaching fast.
