Hi LLCCMAN an ALL investors,

The first thing they need to do is be shareholder friendly. Until they do that, the stock an the company is doomed as far as a trading stock an company goes. I've said this to Jon an I will say it here on this board. As far as that shareholder meeting in Florida last month, it was a sham. The only reason it happened was because it was required under corporate law to do so. An for the folks that wheren't there, you can request, NO demand the minutes of the meeting. In fact, one can get the minutes of every meeting from every board meeting. As a shareholder you are entitled to them. You should demand them as an investor in the company or a previous shareholder up until you sold the stock. It is important that the sharehold know if the company new earlier that the company was in the straights. If so then we have a new problem............
