FLR is one of the biggest electric generator constructors, other is FWC - Foster Wheeler. At FWC, electric generation is about 25% of sales but is the fastest growing component in terms of new orders. They focus on solid fuel (coal) construction. These are the big guys in the industry. CPST is the teenager with orange hair and some great ideas. thanks for that article on CPST's proposal in CA. larry.
