Not sure what to make of the report.
Clearly money in the bank is a positive. Too bad it had to be TNS to go. This company was a key revenue producer for PSINet w/the highest margins. Perhaps it was "non-core" but regardless, a dollar is a dollar at this point.

May default on future obligations?? I'm thinking they have to put a disclaimer of this sort in their. As was pointed out in a post on some other board, if PSINet really feared they would be filing BK in the next 6 months, why sell the assets? Why not hunker down, file chap. 11, restructure the debt, keep all your entities and emerge with everything intact and a lesser debt load?

They are trying, I'll give them that. Too bad the market doesn't like it. RTQ is 7/8.
