That deal isn't the only news affecting PSIX this morning. March 13, 2001 Judge Says Case Against PSINet Can Continue - WP Dow Jones Newswires NEW YORK -- A federal judge in Virginia is allowing a class-action lawsuit against PSINet Inc. (PSIX) to proceed, the Washington Post reports in its Tuesday edition. The lawsuit, which accuses the company of securities fraud, had been dismissed by U.S. District Court Judge Leonie M. Brinkema, who said plaintiffs failed to support their claims that PSINet's top executives made misleading statements about the company's finances, the Post said. Plaintiffs have rewritten their charges and consolidated the lawsuits into one complaint, the Post reported.
