Cisco considering stock repurchase. Makes sense if they believe the worst is factored into the stock price.

The fact that Chambers has finally started talking about it is a good sign.

Note that we had no tech companies announcing big share purchases at Naz 3000 and even lower. That had been one of my biggest concerns.

Now it seems that big buybacks could be on the way very soon and reverse the stocks, signaling a bottom in tech.
