If you know something about Friendship as your carping has implied over the past couple months ... spit it out ... otherwise STFU!

IPM has no more obligation to disclose names of subcontractors than you do your Visa #.

Further, there's a very good reason why such info is NOT disclosed.

I imagine these labs to be very thin on employees in the "front office". They are NOT in the retail service sector ... they do NOT service the public.

Consequently, they do NOT have either extensive Customer Service Depts. nor Investor Relations Depts. Further, they are bound by Confidentiality Agreements with their clients.

Simply put, they are in no position to have hoardes of well-meaning investors, reporters, etc. hounding ... errrrrrrr ... performing their personal Due Dilligence ... at their expense of time and effort.

My understanding is Behre Dolbear has been innundated by both phone calls and personal visits asking ... yes, even demanding <shock> ... confidential and proprietary information relating to their clients. This wasn't a part of their bargain with IPM ... and I'm certain it isn't welcomed.

C.L. has told you Friendship Metals has ceased to exist ... it was bought by a firm wishing to make the physical facility into an in-house lab. The owner has gone on to other mining ventures not related to IPM.

In that transition, IPM purchased their mobile laboratory ... a unit within a 36' over the road trailer capable of processing 25# of dirt at a time. As such it's obviously NOT intended for even the tiniest continuous processing of material and instead is for test quantities only.

Again, by your repeated demands for lab ownership ... you are implying you know something that should be brought to light. Since that information is not likely to disclosed by IPM ... go ahead, thall ... give us your best shot.

Is it owned by C.L.? Is it owned by AZDOM? Is it owned by the "ultimate shorts"? Or ... as I'm sure you are want to suggest ... is it owned or was it owned in whole or part by L.F.? (There I said it!)

BTW ... it's not uncommon in the medical profession for Dr.'s to own a piece of the labs to whom they send specimens. The practice is frowned upon, not because of the validity of the work ... but because of the possibility of price fixing, lack of competition, etc. Has that happened here? All those assay labs beating down IPM's door for work ... yet Friendship Metals gets the contracts uncontested? Yeah right ... surrrrrrrre.
