CVMT.. we are currently on a wait here.. after a morning buy, CMVT is now forming a cup and handle chart formation on the 5 minute chart. I am inclined to think CMVT will have the SAME END AS CCMP, but we can't be sure. We are actually gambling if we decide to take a put postion. It is a little more 'intellectual' gamble since we have studied the p/e levels, compared it to other stocks in the same sector and undergoing the same downfalls, I don't think CMVT will be up tomorrow. Of course, I'm not betting the house on it, but that's my opinion.

The handle is being formed above the 20 period moving average. we don't want the handle to move too much below this moving average or the break will be to the downside. I HAVE JUST STATED IN THE FORUM AS WELL DO NOT MAKE ANY DECISIONS OF WHETHER TO HOLD THIS LONG OR SHORT THROUGH EARNINGS BASED ON TODAY's close.

Whether or not CMVT beats and moves up or beats and moves down or doesn't beat and move down, the close of the stock is totally irrelevant. CMVT's reaction to its earnings report will be based on whether they beat and GUIDANCE is strong going forward. I don't believe it will be strong, but except for a put or call, at this moment I am neutral.

I am however in a put position still in LEH, AOL and IBM and holding the DPMI March 65 puts so far from the early reversal period.
