hi guys i've been watching vishay and kemet for a while now and regret not getting in at the $16 level. i'm thinking of getting in right now. i was looking for some help on evaluating whether VSH would be a better buy over KEM at these levels. VSH is currently at 19 while KEM is at 17.50... any insight would help thanks imran
