Turns out that many of us aren't as 'aggressive' going down as we were going up." "Stands to reason, doesnt it? If I buy a stock going up, it is worth more tommorrow than it is today. If I buy a stock going down, it is worth less tommorrow than it is today. So why rush to buy on the way down? " Chris, What I meant was that it's easy to consider ones self an "aggressive" investor till there is a downturn. Then everyone (or many) become more conservative. Seems to me that if you are truly an aggressive investor the downs are just part of the process. I wish that I had been more risk averse now.
