Hello All:

Is anyone still following this stock?

This week I received my notice of Annual Meeting and proxy form. There is one resolution put forward by the Company that I feel should be voted against. Resolution #4 stating that stock option exercise price should be lowered from $.37 to $.22. I perceive that this resolution is rewarding our Directors with options for really doing nothing while the value of our stock has dropped to new lows. I'm sorry, this doesn't seem right. If they want to make money from their options, and I have no problem with this, they should get their acts together and get some value in the Company therefore raising the price of the stock. This is the purpose of stock options.

If you are a shareholder, I urge you to vote against this resolution as I believe it is bad for shareholders and ultimately bad for the Company. It is only good for those Directors who won't have to work as hard for their options to be in the money.

Any opinions?
Mark
