Hi larry - a preemptive apology for the tongue in cheek, but $1B saving in the Zurich deal can certainly pay for a lot of lawsuit settlements, if it comes to that. Ken is the legal expert, but my guess is that NT is covered by liability insurance precisely when this kind of events occurs. Btw, the only insurance co trying to weasel out of the coverage is Zurich [?] Insurance [What a coincidence <g>,] when it disputes MSFT use of the coverage against the US govt antitrust case.
