He's the analyst that called a sell on msft Jan 2000 when it was near the all time high. You know, the one bagholders were laughing at when he issued the sell signal.
"100 basis points did squat for the Nasdaq 100. We have been AND CONTINUE
our very bearish outlook on most overpriced Nasdaq tech stocks and we do not
think we will see an important bottom until mid summer or even Labor Day.
Even so, we do not expect any "V" bottom in techs and by that time we think
some techs could sink another 50% from their current depressed levels. It's
not my fault-I'm just the messenger."
