Paul,

Had to rush out earlier, so I was unable to post that when the DOW was up around 100, the SPX and OEX gave CLASS 1 BUY signals, and the NAZ/NDX/DOW gave borderline CLASS 1 BUY signals, even though the NAZ/NDX never went negative.
