Based on what, I always hear the "no way" type of comments but QCOM is now 1/3 the market cap of NOK. If they wanted to, they can certainly make an offer.

Wouldn't this be in the best interest of the consumers and telecom companies around the world. Certainly QCOM has the bigger hand at this point and they can get a better deal than they were able to a few years ago. I am willing to give a $200 per share price some thought. Either way I think QCOM will be a big winner but this way the world is going to go to 3G much faster.
