I think Jefferies & Company is not entirely objective in their analysis as they were involved in this deal recently. But the connection to WRS is very positive and could make the company profitable. Could be another LBRT? I'll ride WRS's coat tails at this point and I'm buying INSG too.

"Jefferies & Company, Inc. acted as placement agent for the financing. Under the terms of the transaction, the investors will receive American depositary shares (ADSs) at $5.00 per ADS. Additionally, investors will also receive one warrant for every two ADSs purchased. Each warrant gives investors the right to purchase one ADS at an initial exercise price at the lower range of either $6.00 per ADS or 90% of the average ten day closing price preceding the exercise date of the warrant.
