They are trading ITM.T
Message 15495765

It should be noted that they have mailed out an all stock offer for 100% of cash rich NOM.T. Insiders of NOM have signed a lockup for their shares, it's almsot inconceivable this won't be a done deal. NOM shareholders will receive at least .9 ITM for each NOM, slighly more at current share prices WIth ITM .53, NOM .39, NOM appears to be a very low risk with ITM being added to the TSE300 index Friday.

On March 8, 2001, itemus mailed the offering documents in connection with its previously announced offer to purchase all of the outstanding common shares, warrants and options of NAME on the basis of 0.9 of an itemus common share for each NAME common share, subject to adjustment. The offer expires March 30, 2001, at 5 p.m. ET (2 p.m. PT).
If the volume weighted average price of itemus's common shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange for the 10-day period prior to the initial expiry of the offer is below 40 cents, 50 cents or 60 cents, then the consideration payable per NAME common share under the offer will increase by 0.0778, 0.0311, or 0.0155 of an itemus common share
