Does it mean that KT or SK can really use DoCoMo's money to do that?
----------

Mighty,

Neither KT or SK have been successful - to date - in closing deals for infusions of capital from foreign carriers...

Purses are empty or strained - even NTT's...

Perhaps it's telling that neither KT or SK are rushing to embrace the advertised market advantages of 3G wcdma without the pay off....

It seems that if they truly believed wcdma superior - as KT and SK stated when competing for licenses - that they'd forego 1x upgrades and use the funds to advance, with NTT's stewardship, directly to wcdma... regardless whether they received foreign payment or not...

funny world...
