Bosco ---You can countersue in the states . Case in point when QCOM sold it handset division last year a number of employees sued for stock options that they perceived they had lost and wanted to be reimburse for . The Judge threw it out two to three months ago and QCOM is suing to recover legal fees incurred . Most companies do not do this due to the publicity but maybe they should ---it would stop a lot of the frivious lawsuits
