Softie, where do you get insider data? Don't laugh :-). I just checked yahoo and they said that in the last six months only 0.4% of insider shares were sold. If that's right doesn't seem like a mass exodus to me. Also, if the company was near a sale, no-one outside the "inner circle" would know for sure. Corvis has been the subject of buy-out rumors for so long that if I were an insider, I wouldn't be holding every last share in the hope that one of them was true. Just playing devil's advocate here. The stocks been a great short, but I wouldn't bash the technology. I think Cisco made quite a few overtures and was rebuffed.
