Maybe Uncle Bill could be persuaded to go down Mexicali way to work his charms on Vicente Fox, the same as he did on the ANC when he came down Southern Africa way.

But, now that I think about it, I haven't heard about a silver conspiracy. Have you? So, I wonder why the price is so low. Must be a conspiracy somewhere, otherwise the price would be much higher. Stands to reason.
