Aftermarket reaction to API's rather mild. WTI trading in low 27's. This must mean the OPEC basket is getting close to $23. With these supply numbers and the OPEC price closing in on the lower end of the 22-28 band, a cut of at least 1MM seems assured now, maybe even 1.5MM. John
