Lots of recent insider activity..... Below is a copy of the e-mail I sent to REFR. I have noticed that insiders have been filing their intent to either buy or sell stock on the following dates: Jun 2 (two separate filings) Mar 17 Mar 11 (two separate filings) Since the price of the stock has been going down I assume that insiders are mostly filing their intention to sell. Can you please provide information on the 144 sec filings? Who and how many shares? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Acker has no comments re: announcements. This stock is considered for "Super-Speculative subscribers". You can eventually become very rich or wind up with nothing on this company. The insider selling (if my assumption is correct) may not be too significant since many insiders have gotten into this at very low cost. I can remember when REFR was selling around $1. Perhaps they are getting rid of some of the restricted stock to buy a house or pay for a wedding, etc. Who knows....
