Michael I tried to read the the SC 13D now available aat Edgar. This appears to be a short term loan secured by the shares and warrants i have drafted a E Mail to Joe Christoffel CFO and requested simple explanation of Sagaponak transaction. I hope i get an answer as honestly I like this company they certainly arn't using this company for self purpose like fill pockets and to h e double tooth picks with shareholder they appear to be a conservative lot. Will post if i get responce. Darleen
