Dennis: I wish I had your average price invested but I'm in at twice.. plus seven cents more than your average. I still cannot beleive that all the darn excellent news releases since the start of `97 and it's still this flat. Perhaps too many JV properties, too many shares out (dilution) or just lack of interest by the investing public (other than current holders) Time, Time and more Time will I guess, perhaps tell!?
