Now barry I read a post and express the conclusions that the post implies and I characterize aspects of how or what the author of the words convey. I see in your posts as words on concepts that seem to me to be whining. I see in you posts opinion expressed as fact of some state backed by nothing but what appears to be a whining opinion.

duhhhh... The death penalty seems to me to be a pretty demanding penalty. Life in prison is also kinda on the tough side.

duuhhhh... I though that rates of crime were decreasing and prison population had increased.

With the facts in my possession I feel that our system of justice will deal effectively with hates as well as other crimes. The solution to reduce crime further is not more laws but more education.

Education is preventive of the poverty of spirit that leads to crime. But vacant liberal minds insist on pissing away time and money writing words that will never be read by a poor child. A child who may be a victim, molested and eventually in prison.
