Long time no hear. I thought this thread was dead and long gone. Very confusing quarter so my only positive is that they have good cash on hand considering all the other software companies except SAP are not making money. The way I see it is that 50 cents minus 5 cents for the favourable dispute which leaves 45 cents and I'm guessing the 211 million is a one time charge which most of it I think is is just book cleaning and no cash loss involved but i could be wrong.. Haven't listened to the CC but they definitly are not hurting for cash. 77 mil or so last Q which they have used 33 mil to pay off debt which is now only 56 mil which in theory they should have 43 mil in cash left but don't seem to interestted in paying of the debt of 56 mil. Which must mean they are up to something like a sale of a division. The only negative is that Q4 will be on the weaker side as per the normal history of the company. Considering the tech sector is getting battered I don't think we will see much up side tomorrow but then again who knows with this crazy market. JMHO Mike Mike
