Ah, but isn't it novel for capitalism?

I was punning... the classical Marxist (not communist) approach is that the rewards of the workers, from labour of hand or brain, shall devolve to those workers. Which is also the effect of share options, and especially in an unquoted company.

I'm not a Marxist, either :)
