Hi Ray, why is your friend frustrated with StarBand?
Totally flaky service, no consistency to it a'tall. This has been going on for months.Sometimes the service rep gets it dialed in, then a couple of days later it is on the fritz again. Sometimes the TV signal goes down, sometimes Internet, sometimes the Web, sometimes email. I've done a bit of research and there seem to be at least a few satisfied Starband customers. So, we are thinking it may be a problem with the local rep not having a clue.
