I thought all the shells have gone from being mining deals to dot com deals...and do feel sorry for these guys. While it is cheap to maintain a Vancouver shell, they cannot get deals into them anymore, because the exchange requirements are simply too onerous:

Why do business in Canada, when you can list on the OTC BB and the Pink Sheets and rip people off, with the help of the greased market maker?
