Mike did you just call the bottom? I do not think that now is the time to be in small caps. People are more fearful than greedy so small caps may get killed. Better to buy the cash rich SEPR, MLNM, ABGX, INCY, VRTX, NBIX et all. The worst should be over but many biotechs stocks may linger for a while even though the big caps soar.
