Hi Denis,

That was pretty interesting about the CEMs (I assume he was referring to Contract Equipment Manufacturers and not Career Ending Moves). Apparently they're pretty fearless about their contract language. The distributors would probably have to pay as much in legal fees as they're likely to lose by not acceding to the new, onerous terms on offer. Squeeze play.
