Actually I think lots of people give credit to Bob for his conservative thinking. That's pretty much the heart of the matter.

For those who listened to his preachings, last year's advice didn't really fit. B2B, Q's, 60/40.

It would have fit Bob better to have no B2B, no Qs and 100% cash. That would have fit well into his preachings and, in hindsight, would have done very well for all involved.

I really think that divergence is what has gotten so many into so much trouble (including Bob) with the Qs. Bob is so careful and conservative that he would never gamble such a large % of portfolios on something incredibly risky --- that's what I think many were saying to themselves when they got that bulletin.
