Good morning, everyone, Zeev, with regard to premarket, I can only find

but I think this is a shot from the hip by giving the illusion that IBM's increased spending in ads was the culprit.

OTOH, CSCO did indicate @ the ML powwow that the former has not seen any capex rebound
