Sorry Tom...you know how much I respect you and will never disrespect you, even if I dont agree....however, you know me well, and I wll still speak my mind.........First, let me say, I hope to god that you are correct with your above statement....but honestly Tom, and this is not meant with disrespect.....it's just the truth. How many times have you made the above statement and at what levels? Can you honestly say that when you made the same statment at 4200, 3500, 3200, 3000, 2500 and etc......those that listened, can now think of it as "the greatest opportunity of a lifetime"?? Seriously.....Don't worry, I am not joining the dark side, but I do like to keep an open mind and listen to all sides..........a few people have asked you this same question recently and it got me thinking...those that listened and bought at all those higher levels....do you honestly believe they are sitting here right now happy that they bought during this "opportunity of a lifetime"?? I only ask because I have really thought about it lately....anybody that bought at much higher levels, is not a happy camper. You have very valid reasons to currently say things like "this market should be bought" and etc, etc, but at the same time, you had very valid reasons to say the same things at much higher levels...and look where we are now......My question is twofold....the first part is above......are folks that bought the opportunity of a lifetime at much higher levels, happy right now.......and secondly, what happens if we go to sub 1500 or sub 1000? Will it still be the opportunity of a lifetime.
Please understand, I mean no disrespect with these questions...you know me well....I speak my mind....I try to do so with respect without ruffling too many feathers, but I still speak my mind and am very curious about the above questions. Many, many people have come to your defense, including me, and I will continue to do so, BUT, considering some of the calls you made, can you blame them? I come to your defense when things get personal...there is no reason for folks to personally attack one another....but there is also no reason why both the good and bad cannot be discussed in a mature manner.
