Do others outside of Japan utilize the low interest rate of Japan to their benefit?
If I operate in Japan my financing is obtained there. I might have converted z amount of dollars into the Yen which I now have as funds I use in Japan. Each and every external company tied to Japan does have risk on the base they purchased the yen at. These risks were clearly seen in the baht.

There are lessons in here the US should heed. By trying to almost give money away to create business and appeal to the global community , the buy Japan theory has bought nothing. Lowering interest to pump growth doesn't work. One has to come to terms with growth by self driven desire, need and demand of a populace does create sustained growth. Tinkered with expansion is comparable to socialism if one becomes hampered the other becomes summit without base. This proves tinkering with doesn't work period. Free Market.

Now we are here and what does Asia do run to skimpy earnings on the US market? What do we do lower interest rates to prop that which is contracting due to non valid growth?

That money growth created higher prices. I have concluded it is very difficult to judge what is going on with in any economy . Here I see there could be a run on the US dollar but the US dollar buys less than it did a few years ago in LA. So people who trade currency will make out. But that too creates a inflated value to the us dollar when there are not profits coming from the base of that dollar and retail figures aren't showing anything close to free spending rather Target and Costco figures which are mass sales slim profit and lower ticket items now.
This is not a ripple down wealth affect, what we see is tighten up belt.
