FWIW, at yesterday's lows (18 3/8), I got readings on CSCO that were as oversold as I got on DELL and MSFT on Jan. 2-3. Not sure what that's worth here; the Fed was cutting then. But MSFT and DELL haven't gone anywhere near those lows since then (knock on wood).

First thing I saw this morning was the Washington Post, which had a front page headline, "Is the Bear Market Over?" Not a good sign, but it was a balanced article.

Then I got to the business section, and Jim Cramer was quoted as saying "Sell! Sell! It's not too late!" That made me think the bottom might be in, because Cramer's a pretty good contrary indicator. And then I turned on CNBC...

Tech is the wild card here, IMHO. I'm not seeing lower lows in the premarket in stocks like JNPR and CSCO.
