Hi Cader:

Thanks much for your words of wisdom. I don't consider myself to be Einstein but I'm also not Forest Gump and after two days at the trading office I'm just not getting IT the way I think I should be.
Is this common and I am not giving myself enough of a chance, or is it simply a matter of some can and some can't in your experience?
