Can someone here help me with this merger? Shareholders are supposed to vote on this issue June 11 I believe. No vote is a "no vote" if I understand correctly. Does anyone have opinions as to the likelyhood of the merger being voted down? Is it generally felt it will go through? From what I've read recently, sentiment has turned positive on this combination. Any speculation on how the outcome of this shareholder meeting might affect the stock price? If the merger is voted in, does anyone know when it will actually happen? Will COMS and USRX report separate or combined earnings this quarter? Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks. sf
