I don't think that will work this time, however. Institutions and funds have dumped tech stocks, and they might not be in a hurry to get back in. I think the "pros" are going to teach us all a lesson: Don't "play" on their turf. They're going to show us who is REALLY in control of the market. THEY ARE!!!
