Greetings, I am new to this thread, but have an insatiable appetite as a "bottom feeder". I have been looking this company over for a while, and am wondering what others here think the prospects are for a buyout?

I am most encouraged by the company's efforts to trim operating expenses, and focusing on OEM rather than retail. Compared to many "development stage" companies whose accumulated debt totals are substantially higher relative to share price, the amount of debt, and the projected "burn rate" don't look that bad to me.

Especially attractive is the renewed emphasis on R&D as opposed to an increase in general operating expenses which drain their limited resources. I believe the company is doing the right things at the right time in their lifecycle.

Furthermore, I believe the company has a stable (in light of recent management events) foothold on a long-term growth plan.

I realize that my presence may be irritating to some of the "longs" who are in at a higher price, but the prospect of a short-term rally upwards of $3 looks realistic to me based on the overall volatility of the market and the intrinsic appeal of this area of technology. A few buzzwords thrown about in the right circles with the right coverage could make this an inviting buy to many "speculative" investors....my cup of tea!

In short, I would welcome discussions of the stock's short range prospects.

Regards,
Hubert
