CB, What do you make of this PR blather? Reading between the lines, I see that Ellipso is failing and McCaw is going to collect all the broken dreams eventually. To what end, I possibly haven't a clue. But I'd suspect he's going to negotiate another back door deal with the FCC and its fellow regulatory agencies worldwide and take the only thing of value about these pathetic things like ICO and Ellipso, etc., (i.e. the spectrum licenses,) and convert them to land based mobile infrastructure uses. Much as he did with the spectrum swaps with the government in the 2Ghz range a few years ago. BWDIK? Ray
