Knighty,

I just approved the final copy and barring Armageddon, your Vasta suit/Bluefly story will appear in On Magazine. I'll let everyone know when it appears.

While doing research on the subject of cheapskating on the web, I found a couple one site that I'd urge folks to check out, at least if you live in or near a big city: www.cityspree.com

Cityspree sells gift certificates to local merchants. I've used it to buy restaurants GC, as good as cash except for tax and tip. Usually, auctions start at 50% of list price, but right now they are having a "March Madness" sale where many of the items starting at 25% of list price.

Restaurants, retail stores, and recreational facilities (including tee times at golf courses) are among the offerings. I've bought more than $200 in local GC's for about $60, all places I really want to try.

Gift certificates are good for a year.
