Hi Tom,

Re: Provalis manufacturing

I would assume Provalis manufactures at least some of
its own products in the UK. The truth is you can build
facilities most anywhere as long as they pass government
(both regular and medical) requirements.

Many companies have recently set up in Ireland because
of the great tax structure and skilled workforce they
have there.

Over a year ago it was mentioned that a second plant may
go into Europe and that makes sense both from a european
shipping cost perspective and to deliver Pennsaid to the
asian markets that will open to us in the future.

This all is part of the negotiations re value added for
both sides and my opinion is that if we get a large
distributor for europe - that manufacturing plant will
probably be part of the discussions.

If however, Dimethaid chooses a variety of smaller
distributors on the continent, then I suspect Dimethaid will
look hard at building and running one themselves over there
as part of Fabrication Dimethaid.

Once the US comes on stream, the Canadian plant will have
its hands full and I would be expanding production
capabilities at least 6 months before I thought I might
be entering that market to create a sizable stock while
also supplying europe.

Bottom line for me is that Dimethaid is signalling that
something in the neighbourhood of 4 million units a year
is already not enough for the foreseeable future.

The third plant if required will probably be in Mexico
to feed the US and south and central america. The minute
we get the US, a third plant is in the cards down the
road.

Meantime we weather the storm.
