The light bulb just went on! I get it now. The threat of a lawsuit was the key element I was missing.

I'm not familar with the "Learach-type" lawsuit you mentioned, but it could be some type of class action suit from shareholders.

I've just done a 180 degree turn on my rumor control hotline idea. Thanks for setting me straight on this.
