tb, bob has had some great calls. bob has had a few bad calls. i'd say many more good ones than bad ones. he gives decent advice.

my issues are:

1. he gloats on all the good calls to the point of absurd. maybe the guy has an inferiority complex, but he ought to resolve it in private.
2. he down plays any bad calls. maybe this is marketing in his mind. in my mind it is snake oil manipulation. pout the truth out and let the people decide.
3. we've been in a massive bubble and bob correctly called part of it. but, alas, he has missed a huge part of it, too.
4. the jury is still out whether bob is good or he benefited from the "bull market genius" concept - just like so many others (bob under performed tens of thousands of folks b/c stupidity was rewarded handsomely... until it wasn't). i can't say one way or the other.
