Hopefully PVO's value will be determined by it's money in the bank and on its results in the field. And hopefully promoters such as the slime king Ted Carter will keep out. His stock market activities this week show his true nature. He doesn't even stick to his own teachings. PVO's management is doing what is right and exploring all opportunities. If you're looking for a one day get rich scheme phone Ted Carter and he'll be able to tell you where you can flip a stock in one day on some good insider info. In the meantime, put some faith in PVO's managment. They've got some good properties, let's give them some time to explore the opportunities. Rome wasn't built in a day.
