Steve the merger will go though there is very little doubt on that, consider it a done deal. The merger is to be completed ASAP after the vote count. They have until. I believe, July 28 to complete it or the deal is off. USRX does not report earnings again. The stock price judging by passed history will go up & down AND down and & up...mostly up...we hope! <G> Regards, Scrapps
