I wrote about that a while back and thought it could show when the end is near for the tech bear but I don't want to say that this early.

If you look at a longer term chart of the "safe" stocks like MO etc. you will notice that they are a mirror ( opposite) image of tech. When we see those reverse in a sustained decline, and the techs start to move up in a SUSTAINED move, it should be safe to buy. All the other bounces are just head fakes IMO.

I by no means am saying this is that time though. One day does not make a trend and I think many of those "safe" stocks have been bid up to insane valuations in the name of safety. I mean a PE of over 25-40 for 5% growth?
