Dave, what a pleasure to see you again, particularly on a day like today. Daytrading certainly has its advantages in this market.

I think you're spot on about the LTCM bailout being the genesis of the current feeling by both Wall St. and the public that the Fed will lead us out of harm's way. If these troubles are as deep and systemic as I think they are, they couldn't rescue us anyway.
